Hallmark Channel’s 2019 ‘Winterfest’ Will Feature Five Brand-New Movies
If you’ve been dreading the finale of Hallmark’s “Countdown to Christmas,” we have some fantastic news for you: New Hallmark movies are coming—and they’ll be here soon! After A Midnight Kiss airs on Saturday, December 29, you’ll only have to wait a mere week for the 2019 “Winterfest” event—complete with 5 new original films—to premiere.
The network will present a preview special hosted by stars Taylor Cole and Rukiya Bernard on Saturday, December 29 at 10 p.m. EST. Then, beginning on January 5th, you can watch the new stories all month long. Although we still have a few weeks left of Christmas-themed movies, we’re already excited for this next batch. Here’s the full schedule, so you can mark your 2019 calendars accordingly:
Premieres: Saturday, January 5 at 9 p.m. EST
Jenny (Emilie Ullerup) isn’t expecting to find romance at her sister’s winter wedding, but after meeting the best man, Craig (Kevin McGarry), she is falling hard. But there’s just one problem: Craig brought a plus one, Lana (Meghan Heffern), to the venue, which might ruin Jenny’s chance at love.
One Winter Proposal
Premieres: Saturday, January 12 at 9 p.m. EST
Cara (Taylor Cole) and Ben (Jack Turner) are back in this sequel to One Winter Weekend. Visiting the resort to rekindle their love, the two bring along Megan (Rukiya Bernard) and Sean (Dewshane Williams), and hope they can also find a spark. During the trip, Cara discovers a receipt from a jewelry store, but it might not be the engagement ring she’s hoping for.
A Winter Princess
Premieres: Friday, January 18 at 8 p.m. EST
Carly (Natalie Hall), an undercover princess, needs to plan a ski retreat’s 50th anniversary party with the owner’s handsome brother, Ben (Chris McNally).

Cassie (Jen Lilley) is having problems selling her first novel, so she teams up with fellow author Elliot (Kevin McGarry) to help her out. Although she expected to sell more copies, what she didn’t expect was to fall in love.

High school sweethearts Samantha (Lindy Booth) and Jake (Trevor Donovan) reunite at their old stomping grounds at a holiday event called SnowBall. They discover they’re both still very much in love, but Jake might spoil their romance once again when he’s forced to leave town for his job.
